Overall this is a good place to live. There will always be negative and positive for anything. It all depends on what you chose to look at. I enjoyed my building. 3/2 and the people were generally nice. Fixed my issues quickly. They did install a new pet park and gas grill, those are nice. I would recommend this apartment complex.

Had an end of summer party the staff was absolutely amazing! They really care for the resident and keep the apartments clean and the upkeep on these apartments. The new pet park looks 100 times better than before. Thank you to the cove employees for the end of summer party it was a ton of fun to meet new people.

Im so happy I moved to this apartment! Danielle has been so great and had made this move so easy!! Update::: Danielle (I hope I spelt that right!) The manager, is seriously amazing!!! Been through some tough times else where and these last couple of years have been no walk in the park. But she has been so helpful since living at the Cove!! Things are looking so much brighter!!!

If you want to live somewhere that is close to everything in tooele and in a nice neighborhood then this is the only complex in Tooele I can think of. The staff are always helpful and do the best they can with the amount of apartments they are over. The apartments are very nice and I couldn’t be happier. I find that if you communicate well with them and make sure you let them know of any issues first then you’ll have a MUCH better experience than if you just don’t let them know or give them the chance to resolve the issue. I have lived here two years and only plan on leaving when I can buy a house.

The Cove at Overlake Apartments are very nice. I moved long distance to Tooele and Danielle was very prompt in answering my many questions and delivering what I asked for. Large bathrooms and big walk in closet with lots of storage. Great hot water and heat. For extra you can get a parking spot and garage. I don't use a dining room, but I do use the counter top in the kitchen to eat at. However, the living room is plenty big enough to put a narrow dining room table for 4 or 6 in front of the French doors and still have room for media stand, couch, bench, and 2 end tables and 2 chairs. Nice community to walk your pet through. During the snow months nobody picks up the dog poop but our floor has decided to go around and pick it up where we walk because it's so unsightly. This is not management's fault but poor pet owners. My downstairs neighbors are great! Everyone in this building has been helpful. People that abandon their apartment are quick to use the dumpster area to get rid of furniture which is unfortunate because it makes it very unsightly when driving through. I would recommend a service to come and pick it up weekly. Living on a bottom floor is a first for me but very convenient. Moving in was really easy. Although the apartment wasn't ready on move in day they took no time in getting things done in a professional manner. The maintenance team is very good! When it snows the parking lot and sidewalks are plowed and buckets of salt are placed in hallway of apartment access so everyone can use it. I haven't used any of the amenities so I can't review on those. I can't wait until spring to decorate my patio!

We would like to leave a review for anybody that is interested in moving into the Cove. We have lived here for the past year and are planning to stay for another year. We have been quite pleased! Anytime we have needed anything from the maintenance guy Matt he was always on top of it! Danielle has always been great to work with and we have no complaints about living here! The pool is great nice and clean during the summer and the hot tub open all year long nice and hot and steamy you can’t beat that. It’s nice and quiet and the neighbors are respectful . We give this place five stars!

My Husband and I moved in the 1st of October and have loved living here! Really nice area/neighborhood! Our apartment is move in ready and we have had little to no problems! The neighbors in the complex are all kind and friendly! I love the consistent outreach/involvement from the leasing office! The only complaint is parking. Especially Into these winter months. The park lot of full all the time, so it makes it tricky. But over all we love it! Can’t wait for 2022!!

I absolutely love these apartments and staffing members! They are sure to keep outside areas clean and presentable. Any issue we’ve had management and maintenance have come quick and dealt with the issues very respectfully. The neighbors here are also wonderful, I enjoy meeting them around the park and dog park!

The cove is such a great place! A play ground for kids to play! Dog welcomed to roam about with owners! Apartment units are very clean and very nice! Some of the bigger units are just fantastic! Definitely recommend!

I have been happy with the apartments. Minor issues have been fixed quickly. The mandatory media package is not bad, you can't get cable and internet for less than what they charge. The only problem I have had is with some of the residents who seem incapable of picking up their dogs poop.

Danielle and Kayti are so great to work with. The complex is always kept very clean, grounds are nice. The apartments are really nice, too. On the other hand, I wish covered parking didn't cost $15 a month and that basic utilities were included, BUT it doesn't take away from the fact that this is still a great place to live. It's a 25 minute drive from Salt Lake City and right near all the good stuff in Tooele.

I also hate the $90 media package (does anyone really watch TV anymore?), but this is not the first apartment I've rented where they make it mandatory. It is really high rent but that's just rentals right now. Renting is officially more expensive than buying. Unless you are renting at an income restricted place or have housing vouchers, you're going to be spending the majority of your income on housing.

We have lived on this property for close to 18 months. In that time we have had excellent service from the property manager and leasing agent as well as the full-time maintenance technician. Although it has been an active construction site for most of our tenancy, staff has worked hard to make the lived in portion feel warm and welcoming. It is also a pet-friendly community with lots of furry friends for our dogs to play with! Kinks are expected with any new construction project, but the overall quality of the units and the service have more than met our expectations! Thank you Cove at Overlake for making our first Utah home such a great one!
